Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. The parking lot & grounds appear to be under renovation & were torn up, so hopefully they are more pleasant in the near future. The light breakfast consisted of pre-cooked packaged breakfast sandwiches & pastries. I don’t know what the $25 “Property Fee” was for???

I was overcharged with the was advertised. Now it’s going to be a complete battle trying to get my money back. I was charged over $130 a night when it said it was $67 a night mad as hell.

The room was average. There was Construction in the works. Our bathroom ceiling has been patched up & the floor hadn't been mopped for awhile, a white hand towel turned black after wiping up spilt water. Our refrig hummed us to sleep. Location was great & the over all service was very good.

This is definitely no frills but the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Very convenient to the highway & to Cal Poly. Not much in the immediate blocks surrounding the property so pretty quiet though there was definitely noise from other guests coming and going (not much soundproofing). A good option if you need a place to stay for a night or two & don’t want to break the bank.

Good location, a one mile walk to the university. The room was clean and was partially remodeled. They didn't bother to add any insulation to the walls or floor/ceiling. You can hear every noise from the rooms nextdoor or from the parking lot. The pillows were thin. The showerhead made a high-pitched sound. The breakfast was just packaged breakfast sandwiches and danishes. The parking was tight. We won't stay at this hotel again.
