Our stay was very pleasant. We were treated very well, and the hotel smelled lovely, was clean, and comfortable. We felt very welcomed and even wanted to come back. The heated pool was a highlight, and the food and beverage options were excellent. The staff was very accommodating.

The property was elegant, nice, and modern with the convenience of the shopping plaza and restaurants. The room was excellent with an amazing view. The elevators were fast with minimal wait times. The staff was very friendly and the VIP parking service was great. I highly recommend the drinks on the Los Canarios restaurant bar located on the second floor. Also, the panoramic view of the city from the 18th floor was beautiful.

I booked this hotel for some foreign clients. The hotel called me one hour before our check-in telling us that they could not host us due to technical problems. They offered at another hotel far away from there. NO credits at all. We had to booked in a different hote.
