The parking is a maze, it does not make sense when you park and get to the elevator is hard to find the location where you are at. I asked for towels because we were 3 and the room had only 2 and the towels were gone the day after.

There were two elevators and only one was working for my entire five night stay. It took us forever to get up and down on busy days it was a hassle. Apparently, this has been the case for a couple of months. This would be enough to not stay at this hotel if you're on a higher floor or carrying a lot of luggage. Other than that the staff the facility the rooms were clean but I wouldn't stay there again if elevator was not working.

Non working elevator and the service was terrible, the staff was not helpful. Even though I didn’t use the room service, I did experience how they delivered which was not safe. Too many people in one elevator and drinks being delivered uncovered.

There is only 1 small elevator working at the property, and there is no ETA about when the broken elevator will be fixed. It was a huge waste of time having to wait for an elevator every time we needed to get in or out of the hotel, as the small elevator has capacity for only 5 persons at a time. There was a time where we had to wait for at least 30 minutes as there was just not a spot for anybody else and we could not use the stairs because we were in the 14th room. Also, there is no A/C, hence the rooms were warmer than usual. We were added to a "wait list" to get a fan when we checked in on Saturday night, but we were not lucky enough to get a fan in our 7 day stay. Management should really do more to maintain this hotel in good condition. The staff was very attentive though, but management and the property owners just seem not to care about these issues.

Nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, great location, right by the massive, beautiful city park, Tanga Manga. Restaurants, shops and a small casino all just steps away. The only negative of my stay was that only 1 elevator was working for the 4 days I was there, I was told by a staff member that it had been 3 weeks with only one elevator, that is unacceptable, especially for a big name, 16 floor hotel. Overall though, my experience was great and I will come back

Baño sucio y cobran de más sorpresivamente

El total ya incluidos impuestos eran $1,050 dólares y el Hotel Hampton cargó a mi tarjeta de crédito $1,125 dólares, es decir, me cobraron $75 dólares de más. Lo reporté a recepción pero nadie me pudo resolver y finalmente me cobraron de más. Recepción: El personal de recepción trabaja muchísimo, hay personas que tienen turnos de más de 12 horas continuas, es inhumano que exploten de esa manera al personal, y tiene una sola persona para limpiar todas las áreas comunes que no se da abasto, el personal lo puedes ver desde las 7am hasta las 10pm y son las mismas personas trabajando más de 12 horas. Una llamada de atención para la gerencia y para los propietarios de este hotel por descuidar a sus empleados de esa manera, es muy injusto e inhumano. Restaurante: el área de alimentos y bebidas también son muy buenos por su desayuno buffet de cada mañana. Habitación: en el área de ama de llaves, hay un enorme problema de limpieza, te entregan la habitación muy sucia específicamente el área del baño, está realmente sucio. Aunque lo reporte en recepción, la recamarista no limpió el baño ni porque le dejé buena propina. Estoy por pagar 20 mil pesos por mi estancia por un baño sucio que me brindaron por dicha cantidad. Sarro en el lava manos y paredes de la regadera. ¡¡¡El inodoro es lo peor con mugre negra!!! Que triste que se vaya abajo este hotel, porque hay personal muy valioso en dicho hotel que si pone su mejor empeño en su trabajo.

Luz, Hemos revisado esta situacion y lamentamos no haber podido dar solucion en el momento a su pregunta, sin embargo el cobro que se realizo en el hotel fue correcto, ya que el tipo de cambio que se maneja es externo a cualquier banco o institucion financiera. Por otra parte nos encontramos dando segumiento a cada una de sus observaciones con el personal del hotel, esperando mejorar y brindar un servicio de calidad. Deseamos mejorar dia con dia y que nos pueda brindar la oportunidad de tenerla nuevamente en casa!Agradecemos su visitaHampton San Luis Potosi.

One elevator was out of service and the other one did not work properly. This caused lost of time.
