The house is beautiful and would definitely recommended. Just a couple of things, no internet and the showers definitely need some tlc and doors!!

La casa esta grande. Pero no tiene ventilacion enbla sala cocina. Nesecita mucho mantenimiendo esa casa esta olvidada nesecita de todo. Muchos insectos tienen q fumigar el agua huele a lodo podrido el agua de es casa no esta buena para bañarse me dio infección en la cocina estaba infectada de cucarachas todos los utincilios nesecita mucha limpiesa por dentro Todo en essa casa nesecita renovemaciones los toilets estan bien mojosos por dentro del tanque de agua

Lovely place to relax and enjoyed your vacations! The ranch is very spacious and well equipped with all you need to prepare your cooking and dinners. The pool is clean and right sized to enjoyed swimming and relax 😌, but the best part was the short distance to the beach ⛱️ 😊

La propiedad no ofrece mayor seguridad, se puede accesar libremente desde la playa o desde la calle, ya que la puerta se mantenía abierta por parte de las personas que cuidan la propiedad. El "guardian" se me presento en estado de ebriedad, indicándonos que él no respondía a los administradores de la propiedad, sino al dueño de la misma (¿?), obvio no se podía razonar con él y la señora siempre estuvo más a la defensiva, nunca nos dieron llaves para asegurar nuestros bienes, se limitaron a decirnos que ellos no eran ladrones. Las camas dobles eran mas duras que una tabla, imposible descansar allí, y fuimos sorprendidos por varias cucarachas gigantes. Realmente pareciera que el mantenimiento que se le hace a la propiedad es mínimo. Al final, optamos por quedarnos una sola noche, a pesar que se habían pagado las dos. Vaya celebración de fin de año la que tuvimos. Lo más triste es que fuimos alertados por las publicaciones que se hicieron de la propiedad, lastimosamente después de haber pagado la reserva sin derecho a devolución, de hecho nos comunicamos por correo y por teléfono con los administradores antes de viajar, pero no nos generaron mayor confianza, lastimosamente por la política de no devolución no pude cancelar la negociación. Definitivamente no le recomiendo a nadie este lugar y como lo dice el título, constituye una decepción total.

Shoddy, the property and its contents Furniture, linen, pots/pans much wear and tear. Property security is very lax and non-existent The property manager allowed unknown people onto the property in the evenings runs some kind of arcade slot games under his porch possible sells beer there. Our house was broken into while we were there asleep in the early morning hours my sister in-law purse was taken and $120.00 plus her mobile phone. my nephew's mobile phone as well as his mother's phone was stolen. The property manager showed no concern or offered any help. We called the local police, and the manager was evasive in answering their questions. I had previously rented this property and the help was very good as well as the property while not new was well taken care of. I will never rent this property again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

In short: by spending a very small amount, the host could have made this home much more welcoming to travelers coming from abroad to have the very basics like toilet paper, soap, and potable water (even just a bottle to get you started). The cheapness of the host made the stay taxing instead of relaxing. The Pros: You could not be closer to the ocean. The pool is maintained and it's lovely to be able to walk out your front door and take a dip in the pool, hang out on the balcony overlooking the sea, or walk another few dozen feet down to the ocean itself. The caretakers on the property were very helpful and lovely people. The Cons: We sent a message to our host a few days before our arrival to ask about the availability of basic household items. He responded "no" and ALSO that it would not have toilet paper, soap, or any drinking water. (okay?) In addition There is no hot water for shower or dishes or anything. The water is "warmed by the sun" but that gets lukewarm at best. No blankets - We had to request these and just had sheets our 1st night. The caretaker had to get them from a locked hallway closet. Why are the blankets kept locked up for guests? No salt or other basic condiments. The host really provides next-to-nothing for basic amenities and this is REMOTE. You can't just walk down to the store. Shared propane tank? - We went to cook dinner and the stovetop wouldn't work. We told the caretaker who gave us a lighter and then brought over a propane tank for the stove. They don't give you that either unless you ask. The next morning, the tank was gone again and we had to go find the caretaker and ask him to bring back the propane tank again and leave it there. The oven itself never worked, so we cooked meals in the toaster oven. There was no daily housekeeping, as stated in the listing, not a single cleaning our entire stay. The dishes from the former guests were still in the drying rack. The tracks in the kitchen windows were filled with dirt & bugs. The state of the rest of the house was very much like this. While in El Salvador, we visited friends in Playa Amatecampo and stayed in the beautiful city of Ataco, so we know it's not simply incorrect foreigner expectations. They were both gorgeous and clean. This place was not. I would steer clear until the host decides to invest even a tiny bit of money into basic hospitality. If you do book anyway, rent a car, you will need to get out of there to find places to relax and recharge.

This property is not what we were expecting, first of all when you enter the property on your right there’s gambling machines where I’m pretty sure other people come in from elsewhere and that doesn’t seem safe at all, also the property is not clean and a very bad smell throughout the whole house , shower head didn’t have enough water running we also had trash outside the house and dog’s made a disgusting mess Valuable don’t get fool by the beautiful pictures they show you, no air conditioning in the leaving area, shower head in bathroom are all rusted , Essentials things like a simple microwave are not provided, the people in charge don’t make feel welcome at all. Bottom line if you’re planning to have a nice and relaxing vacation in a nice and clean environment this is not the house to rent.

This the place is you want to just relax and enjoy a vacation. Will advise doing a shop prior to your stay just so you’re ready to relax. Care takers are great and having the option of having meals prepared was great too. Perfect for groups. Rooms were clean and had AC units. Pool was cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this location.
