Good: There was a singing room for singing. Amazing views to the mountains from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Breakfest was good and the staff spoke Italian and perfect English. Improvements: I wish staff would speak Finnish language.

Very nice hotel. Rooms have amazing views, wifi is fast, staff is very helpful at the front desk, breakfest was amazing and the staff was great, cleaning ladies were super nice, hot water in the shower and shampoos, bed is comfortable. I am very happy.

The big plus was the convenience of having the hotel right by where I got off the bus. I also liked having a good Chinese restaurant close by. The hotel is very clean, but I found my room cramped, clinical and, at times, noisy. The bed was average. I paid extra for breakfast and it was okay.

Close to the bus station, this was a really handy location for us and meant we didn't have to drag our bags uphill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a standard room that was true to pictures.

Very convenient to reach by bus from the coast or the airport. It's just outside the historic centre, so crowds are not a problem. The views from our room (and bathroom!) were spectacular - even with the terrace facing the town! We were immediately given discounts and vouchers for museums and drinks. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast - sweet options were good but savoury ones less so (I know, this is common in Italy, but still).

The hotel receptionist was lovely and very helpful, we parked in the hotel parking which was very easy. The hotel rooms themselves could use a little updating but as we were only there for one night it didn’t matter too much. They also wouldn’t recommend us anywhere to eat as they have a restaurant. Generally it was clean and comfortable with a/c and we enjoyed our stay!

A very nice property, very close to the main attractions. Parking can be challenging but you can find other parking locations nearby, the price is reasonable (8 euros overnight). Also there are restaurants, souvenir shops, bars and cafes nearby. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the view from the balcony was great. The breakfast is not included though.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Super location, walkable to the historic center, sights, shopping, many restaurants. Our only complaint was the single beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat and hard. Otherwise, excellent. Would recommend.

This is a great place to spend time in San Marino! Everything is new and modern. Service is exceptional and a view from the room is spectacular! The staff is friendly and always happy to help you. Highly recommended.
