The views of the hotel are breathtaking. The staff are kind and respectful. Sabrina will give you the best recommendations about tours. Please take a ski class with Patagonia Chic. Marcela and her team are amazing.

La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos atendió bien, le dijimos que mi esposo era celiaco y resulta que ella sabe más de la celiaquia que el propio enfermo. Personal no acorde a la categoría, restaurante con carta precaria y precios excesivos,no tienen buena atención en general , queda muy lejos , sacan foto del baúl cuando entras y te hacen bajar a abrir el baúl cada vez que entras y salís, es incómodo

Buenos dias Gonzalo,En la recepción se les consultó el grado de alergia que tenía, para saber si podía consumir los alimentos de nuestro establecimiento. Esto se debe a que no contamos con cocina separadas y, si bien se toman todos los recaudos, puede llegar a haber un minimo grado de contaminación cruzada.Por otra parte en la entrada se solicita dicha información para seguridad de los huéspedes y propietiarios ya que se está ingresando a un barrio privado.Nuestra objetivo es que puedan disfrutar de su estadía y por eso se les realizó dichas preguntas para su cuidado.Le deseamos un lindo día.Sabrina BorboreAtención al huésped.

Great view and location. Overall facilities are up to date and in good condition, too bad no AC in the rooms but still cozy.

The superiors rooms do not have air conditioning and during spring and summer it gets very hot and it’s hard to sleep.

Nice stay!

Loi Suites is a very nice hotel with nice views and good service. good points about the hotel: - Nice property, with a beautiful river that you must visit - Nice pool - Really nice concierge, Sabrina, that helped us to build our daily activities. Some improvements: - Restaurant food could be better for the price (expensive) - It says that they have A/C but do not. So the rooms can become really hot during the afternoons during the summer. We had to sleep with open windows - that was ok because it is a quiet property.
