The house including our room and bathroom were clean. The host was also nice. We were lucky that we met the host when we arrived as they were ready to leave when we arrived. If we hadn't met them, we wouldn't have any place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we were charged another fee by the host nearly as high as what we initially paid with the reasoning that there was a mistake on Expedia and that they didn't work with them anymore. It shouldn't be that a problem between Expedia and the hotel is carried out on the shoulders of the guest!

kind sir, you are right to protest, but you must protest to expedia, not give a bad judgment of 2 to the host and the structure that hosted you, which, (as you yourself wrote) was clean and hospitable and the house of the bb did his best to please her and fix the inconvenience. Be that as it may, you have been compensated in full for what you paid to the host structure, which, not finding a reservation on the site, had to rightly ask to be paid for the accommodation. after clarifying the inconvenience, she was compensated in full.the structure, in the person of the owner, please do not penalize the B&B with a 2 which I think I do not deserve for hospitality and cleanliness. Thank you

Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria nonostante il mio arrivo fuori dell'orario di check-in. Ottimo punto di sosta perchi si dovesse trovare in zona
