Nice hotel but AC not working well
Posted Aug. 19, 2019 on HotelsThe hotel was nice and food was wonderful. The AC in our room was not working, they could not get it fixed, so very warm stay.

Very nice beach location. Nice to have your umbrellas reserved on the beach. Kept very clean. Nice area for small children at pool with fountains, bubbles, etc. Great place for a family vacation.

On arrival a very warm welcome & staff were very approachable. The hotel was spotless with modern decor. The service was exceptional & friendly. The pool area & the connection to the beach with private beach facilities were fantastic.

Great hotel in Bibione
Posted Jul. 17, 2019 on HotelsTotally enjoyed our stay at this very family friendly resort. Loved the pool and beach. Food at the hotel was also very good. Bibione is worth the visit. Also try the spa the treatment was amazing. Hope to visit again soon

Nice hotel, terrible customer service
Posted Sep. 27, 2018 on ExpediaThe hotel is nice, the facilities are nice however the staff is not willing to help, not flexible and not friendly either.
Overall we left the hotel and the only thing we can remember almost a month later is how unhelpful the staff was.
Would definitely not stay again.

Very disappointing
Posted Jun. 26, 2017 on HotelsHotel a bit isolated, staff not overly friendly / helpful. Nice hotel. On check out they tried to charge us for our stay even though we paid in advance. Very disappointing.

We are really sorry that your experience was so disappointing: the location of the hotel, surrounded by nature, is perfect for a relaxing holiday, however for the guests that are looking for more shops, restaurants and night life, the shuttle bus of Bibione connects the area to the centre.
About the inconvenience at the check out, it was surely a system error.
We are really really sorry for the staff unfriendliness, the guests' happiness and comfort are very important for us.

Truly superior beach hotel!

Pros: Everything
The hotel have got all facilities for family with kids. We have a junior suite with lateral see wieu, the room was splendid. Pool, beach, restaurant, everything is beautiful.
