The house was incredible. The architecture and design are amazing, and all the decorations make it look even better. The rooms were clean and spacious, and everything was in great condition. We will be back for sure.

We loved the neighborhood. It's in a gated community, so it's quiet and safe. The space is huge. We were a group of 12 people and we all had a very comfortable time. The interior decoration and the patios are lovely. It's a great option for a celebration.

Todo estuvo de lujo. El personal sumamente amable. La comunicación fue sencilla y rápida. La decoración y amenidades de la casa cumplen con todo lo anunciado y más. Todo está diseñado para hacerte sentir muy cómodo y tranquilo. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

We loved the house, its super pretty and clean, we had everything we needed, no issues with the house, but the house didnt have any ac, other then in 3 bedrooms, the other 3 bedrooms didnt or the rest of the house like living room areas or kitchen or dinning room, the weather was super hot so the house was super hot as well, we need it to wake up in the middle of the night to shower with cold water so we could be able to sleep, and when we had dinner at the house was the same thing, super sweaty the whole time we had dinner or if we decided to stay in was the worse decision, also the staff was super rude, i was not advise that the cleaning people was going to be there at 7am to clean weather your awake or not, they dont know on the door to see if they can come in, they just walk in and expect for you to either be awake or stop what your doing so they can clean, they didnt even want to leave the kitchen so we can make breakfast, they expected us to cook around them, when i told them that i didnt want them to clean and that i was ok with that and i wouldnt have an issue because i wanted some privacy and some of the guest were still sleeping, they got so mad and started slamming doors, then like minutes later i was contacted by there supervisor to complain about it but when i complain about no ac in the house i wasnt contact till like 2 days later, and still supervisor was rude as well, telling me it was my fault, i have more to say but not enough space to write

Thank you for your review, Claudia. We will reply to each issue you mentioned point by point. 1. We don't advertise AC in every room; 2. The staff wasn't rude, but you were already upset about the AC so probably you were not happy by default. The staff needs to come to the house in order to water the plants which would die without their attention. You enjoyed the house because it's well-maintained. If we would have stopped maintenance during your stay, the next guests wouldn't have had a nice house for their stay. You were informed about our staff being there in the digital guide we sent you, but you never read it. It's also mentioned on our profile. 3. We can confirm the supervisor WASN'T rude to you because we were there when she called you.Something you didn't mention in your review is the fact that you didn't respect the quiet hours and made a lot of noise. We had to contact you in order to keep it down and not disturb the neighbors.We have everything clearly mentioned on our profile and we informed you every step of the way about your stay. Not reading the information we sent you is not our fault.

This was our second visit to one of HOLT's properties for our annual staff retreats. This place was everything we were looking for and more. The entire house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It's a perfect home for large groups, and the outdoor areas and beautiful views make it a great spot for a celebration as well. The staff at HOLT was very helpful and responsive, they assisted us and arranged interesting tours. We feel like we really got to experience San Miguel thanks to all of their recommendations. Thank you HOLT, and see you next year!
