The place was awesome! Rocky and Gwen plus their staff thought of everything! The property was clean and well maintained. The view from the terrace was breathtaking 🙏 Thank you again for a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Las Terrazas was a beautiful, restful stay! Rocky, Gwen and the staff paid attention to every detail and were helpful, thoughtful, and kind. Our casita was clean and comfortable, and we loved also having an outdoor area to relax. Gardens were lush and offered a sense of privacy. Breakfast every morning was delicious, as we enjoyed waking up to daily sunshine and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for an incredible vacation!

Thank you so much for the kind review. I visited Buena Vista this morning to watch the sunrise and I thought how lucky people are to live in San Miguel. I hope you do get a chance to come visit us again thank you

Las Terrazas is a beautiful boutique hotel. It was a spacious has beautiful interior and outside settings too.
Owner is very friendly and service was good too.
And it has a good distance to walk down to downtown.

Beautiful property with water filter in place so able to use tap water. Staff was welcoming and kind. Uphill walk from center of town. If you are active, this is a short walk. Otherwise, a very short taxi ride. The fruit plate each morning was amazing. Thank you to Gwen and Rocky for hosting us and being responsive to requests.

Jessica and Gabriel, So enjoyed both of your happiness and casual attitude. I remember the afternoon the transformer blew and you handled it well, and got off to the wedding.

Great Bed and Breakfast with great hosts
Rocky was particularly good in recommending places to eat'
Very comfortable and clean
Good location and we got our daily exercise in walking up the hill
Rocky was kind enough to drive us to the Boatanical Garden which was a treat
Would defnitely stay there again

We liked everything the hosts Rocky and Gwen are fantastic!!!
They help you with restaurant suggestions they drove us to botanical gardens and bus stop, when it time for us to leave. That was a sad day because they really make your stay enjoyable!
I would recommend this b and b highly food is good too Gwen makes everything so tasty. They really go above and beyond also the room, terrace and plants that surround you are homey and comfortingly. We were so sad to leave this oasis. Also roof top terrace showed amazing views of the entire city.

We stayed at Las Terrazas for 4 nights. Beautifully landscaped property with an amazing view over the city from the private terrace. Owners and staff were pleasant and welcoming. Enjoyed our daily breakfast. Especially Gwen’s banana bread. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting San Miguel. Property is a short walk to the center and convenient to everything the town has to offer. We’ll be back!

Fabulous bed and breakfast in excellent location, very spacious and beautifully decorated casita with large terrace and spectacular view. The owners are wonderful people who go above and beyond to make your stay everything you had hoped for. The location was within 10 min walking distance from downtown and the property up in the hills where it was super quiet. The home-made breakfasts were amazing. We hope to be back soon.
