We just spent a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday, I reach out to concierge to plan a special day for my wife, Karina was awesome, she arranged a romantic welcome with champagne, flowers and chocolate. She also helped me with setting up a spa day, and had ballons set up on my wife’s birthday. Karina is very professional and she even answer her phone on her days off. Thank you karina for helping us in Japan amazing vacation, we will definitely comeback to hotel real de Mina’s.

Great Mid_Range Hotel
HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I was impressed with some aspects, some areas need improvement. The hotel’s appearance was charming, including the lobby, common areas, patio, and pool. The furniture, dining area, and overall ambiance were beautifully maintained and gave a great first impression. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewer odor, and the curtains were torn. The room’s general appearance felt neglected, and the bedding and carpet seemed outdated and worn out. Even the hallway leading to the room reflected the same lack of care, with an unkempt carpet that detracted from the overall experience. It’s clear the hotel has great potential, especially with its stunning shared spaces. I believe with some updates and attention to detail in the rooms, this could be an outstanding place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. I hope management considers these suggestions to bring the rooms up to the same standard as the rest of the property.

The staff was great! Very attentive and friendly. Room was average the only downside was the restroom it was full of mold but it’s due to no ventilation. One night the room beside us had loud music playing from 9PM-6AM the staff never did anything about it.

The hotel is ok in general. Parking is very convenient (for extra $150 pesos). The only problem is that the heater doesn't work in most of the rooms, they know it and they are not willing to do anything to fix it.

I don’t recommend this hotel
The bathroom was extremely dirty, you can see, that they didn’t clean the toilet, for years The carpet was with a lot of stains, the two beds had different duvet cover, and they looked very odd, as the same as the towels They had a party in the garden of the hotel, and, you couldn’t sleep until, one in the morning It was not a pleasant stay at all

It's a great location but my room smelled of mildew if I didn't run the AC. My bed was great but not the pillows. I have stayed here several times due to the nice hotel and price. Service is outstanding .
