I like the customer services, people are very friendly,
Unfortunately the condition of the property was very poor, horrible landscape, not comfortable at all, needs more detail cleaning.

Lugar para descansar y disfrutar
Publié le 1 août 2018 sur ExpediaFuimos los cuatro integrantes de la familia y una sobrina. Nos hospedamos en una de las cabañas del hotel, bastante amplia, cómoda y bonita. Todos los servicios funcionando.
De ahí fuimos a diferentes lugares: San Miguel de Allende, Atotonilco, Dolores Hidalgo y Guanajuato.
El servicio de restaurant es excelente, los desayunos muy ricos.
Nos ayudaron mucho con las indicaciones y tips de los lugares a donde acudir. Información que directamente los dueños del hotel nos proporcionaron.
Es una excelente opción para estar en un lugar apacible y descansar del ajetreo de la ciudad.
Aprovechamos para enviar un cordial saludo a todo el personal que nos atendió y a los dueños. Que Dios los siga bendiciendo.

The property is great, with amazing views!! The staff is very helpful and friendly! We, however, had a very hard time finding the property and in fact missed our first reserved night there as Expedia has it listed as Vistahermosa when the name of the property is actually View Hotel Boutique. Other than that, everything was great!

About the location, we had been asking expedia, do the marking of view boutique hotel, as main location for months, but we don`t have answer. Always send to guest by email the location very safe.

Agradecemos sus comentarios; y con mucho gusto hacemos mención que las cabañas están fumigadas desde hace 1 semana antes de su llegada; contamos con el certificado correspondiente. Además se cuenta con raid eléctrico en cada cabaña. debido a que es una área con muchos jardines, tomaremos las medidas correspondientes para realizar mejoras

Rustic experience
Publié le 4 avr. 2018 sur HotelsThe cabins can be best described as "rustic". We stayed for 11 nights in the one bedroom cabin. A major problem is that there are many small spaces in the walls and around the doors and windows that allow mosquitos to enter so every morning we had mosquito bites. You might request that a mosquito net be installed over the beds. The other major problem we experienced was getting there (you should have a car if you stay there) since "Vistahermosa" is not on google maps. You should search for "View Hotel Boutique & Spa" which is part of the same property. We also found that the advertised self-service laundry does not exist and that the advertised full size refrigerator does not exist in this cabin.
We found the employees to be very friendly.

The huts are made of wood, and there are cabins more spacious; the cabin you eligiò was the most small of the 3 that we have always been attentive to their indications and answered all of your requests. We have never deceived the people of the location, is an area of field on the outskirts of the city and to get there are urban transport service, taxi or can be reached by car. We are located just 7 kilometers from downton
We offer the service of laundry with cost, but the cabins do not have washing machine within them. Every day was the laundry service at extra cost. The cottages are equipped, although by its name, you make reference to rustic, in the pictures is shown in detail both its interior and exterior
There are mosquito repellants inside the cabins, too is a field area, there are also birds and an environment of peace
The cabains are equipment kitchen (stove and refrigerator)
we recomends the cabains 2 o 3 bedroms, they are more spacioss and cofortable, with king size bed

Incredibly unique property, the service here is completely outstanding. Traveling with 2 young children, we stayed here most comfortably for 4 nights, the cabins are well appointed and everything was done to make us feel most welcomed. Concierge was extremely helpfully in planning out our days and all recommendations were fantastic! Such a quiet and peaceful place, very good energy here and we would absolutely return. We had rented a car and enjoyed the 15 minute drive from the town of San Miguel, we could come and go as we pleased and it was a huge reprieve from the craziness. Also a 15 minute drive are all the thermal pools which put us in a great spot logistically to everything you'd want to do around the area. Wonderful experience!
