Items of concern.
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests.
Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room.

Do not believe anything on the booking info. Are TV was not work on check in. They unplugged it and said sorry
Due to non stop parties, The pool was unavailable, the have no room service as stated, and said it was because of the parties. Tell people up front. Our view ? A open dump. No gym, game room. We asked. We left early and asked for a refund of unused days. They said no. Our experience was horrible here. Beware booking on Expedia. We won’t again.

Great are, comfortable rooms, stayed for a Wedding at Maria Paz, if in the area I would stay again, breakfast was excellent, but since we were a large group, it was worth the wait. Was able to watch the Super Bowl, a big plus

I liked the room and accessibility of the hotel. Though we got the suite room, the bed was smaller than expected
