Thank you David for your assessment. I think you have enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that I cannot have attended to your request for the same dates next year since I have reserved. The stairs are easy to access. In any case, I have another house on the ground floor, first beach libea, with Wi-Fi and English TV for another occasion. It does not have the same panoramic views but it is more comfortable. Best regards and see you always

There was no air conditioning and we found it very hot at night. In the day we could open the windows and have a lovely breeze.

Posted May 2, 2019 on HomeAwayMe, my mum and aunt stayed at Luis and Lolas apartment for 4 nights in April. The apartment is perfectly located on the promanade and the views are stunning. The apartment has been renovated to a good standard with everything you could need. Luis and Lola were so welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Lovely apartment with a stunning sea front location.
Posted Apr. 19, 2019 on HomeAwayFabulous apartment right on the Mar Menor in the heart of Lo Pagan. Stunning wrap around views from the three double windows in the living area. Tastefully presented throughout, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very adequate WIFI in the living area, more than sufficient for 4 devices including sky go on a tablet.
Luis was an excellent host, excellent communication throughout and there to meet us on arrival. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting a break in this stunning Mar Menor resort. Easy access, 25 minutes driving, from the new Murcia International airport, lots of parking around the apartment.

Great location, fabulous views, great value for money!
Posted Mar. 5, 2019 on HomeAwayThe apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning, enjoying the sunshine and the views. We were comfortable and felt secure in our surroundings. The dishwasher and washing machine were much appreciated! Loved being able to walk to restaurants. Plenty of places to explore nearby on foot. We had a rental car for the week and never had a problem finding parking right in front of the apartment. Lola and Luis were attentive hosts. They kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for privacy and absolute peace and quiet this may not be the right fit as this is a vibrant, lively area with lots of activity.

The area is usually quiet and relaxed, these days you have been able to enjoy the celebrations of the carnival in the city, as you have checked is full of bars and restaurants very close, and at the same time you can rest and relax enjoying the sea and the sun. Very bright and clean
Posted Jan. 11, 2019 on HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay at this property. It was very homely and spotlessly clean. It was a pleasure to wake every day to the wonderful view. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, we particularly liked the boardwalk. The food was good and the owner very friendly. Luis and Lola were easy to get in touch with in case of any queries. The only negative was there were 34 stairs which was a bit of a challenge for us as we are both nearing 80. Would certainly come back again.
