Service at the main pool bar was horrible (at the sit down and the swim up portion. Everytime we ordered it would take 30 min to get our drink. They basically ignored you, talked amongst themselves or disappeared all together. The servers walking around at the pool were great and everyone else in the lobby and on the property were amazing! Elvis, Shakira, Monica and Yanceli were all really really exceptional.

The property was pretty. Stayed in a condo like setup with 2 bedrooms, was disappointed that we were give 2 twin beds in one room versus the double expected when selecting/purchasing. The staff did offer to prep a room but it was on 1st floor and we really liked the 2nd floor they placed us in originally, so my adult, tall son opted to stay on the twin vs 1st floor. The beds were ok, the pillows a bit too stiff. Breakfast buffet is as any buffet, mediocre, and other breakfast choices were just average. The staff were very pleasant. It was great having the dive shop on their deck, which the excursions were awesome. Yes, I would stay again however I would go to grocery store and purchase breakfast foods.

The food options were delicious with many options. You could have fast food or fine dining. The property is beautifully landscaped with great amenities. Our only complaint was the shuttle to and from the Water Taxi. It was late for pickup at the airport and we missed the water taxi. We had to wait 1 and a half hours at the port for the next water taxi. We paid for roundtrip transport for our family of 5 and the ride back to the airport was a no show. Thank God another driver made arrangements to take us to the airport.
