The Perfect Vacation!
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom the moment we got to the house we were taken care of. Adam met us outside to help us get all settled in. The home was beautiful and came equipped with everything our family of 6 needed for our vacation. Everything was beautiful from the inside-out. We enjoyed the pool, the dock, and the absolute beautiful views from inside and outside the home. Helen and Adam made sure the home stayed clean, the beach was raked, and pool cleaned every morning. The food Helen prepared for us was some of the best food we ever ate. Adam set us up fishing poles to fish off of the pier. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect and stress free vacation for your family and kids.

Quiet Retreat
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. First of all, Adam, the caretaker, and his wife Hellen are top notch! Adam made sure we had everything we needed daily. Hellen and her cooking, not to be missed! We were there for almost two weeks and could have easily stayed another two.
Adam and his brother Felix took us out for a day of snorkeling, fishing, watching dolphins and feeding the tarpin. That was by far the highlight of the trip.
The home is equipped for all your needs. The pool is fantastic! Probably the largest pool we've had at a home rental yet. We always bring pool floaties with us but didn't even need them because the home was more than well equipped.

Amazing property
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was an A+ from start to finish. Simon and Elena made things so easy and were super helpful with every question we had. The on line guidebook is a MUST to read entirely before you travel. It saved us a LOT of time. Alex with Exquistie Eats was the best in home chef we could ask for. Food was amazing. Adam, on site property manager, was great! He was available when needed and checked in each day. He even took the time to show us the four stages of coconuts including climbing a tree! The house was super clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. It was such an amazing home. We could see the boats on Shark Ray alley from the house. Only minor downside is stairs to the lower level were outside. If you like the beach, this is not the place for you. There is a lot of seaweed and no swimming. However, EVERYTHING else in this home made up for it. The pool and view were incredible. There are many restaurants close by including Sweet Water and Tropical Escape with excellent food. The golf cart ride is an adventure in itself lol. We traveled all the way to Tranquility Bay, which was a little far to go in the golf cart but we spent some time at Margaritaville which was fun. I could go on and on and on. It was a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend and return to this property. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

Quiet and peaceful, lovely

The only complaint is the downstairs with two bedrooms is more like a cabin in the woods, rustic. Had everything except kitchen. Does have a refrigerator and microwave though. Just separated, washer dryer upstairs.
Caretaker is superb, can make anything happen including wonderful meals if one wishes. There is a fantastic boat available which we had a great time utilizing. Snorkeling coral reefs, the most beautiful I’d ever seen. All in all a great trip❣️

Fantastic house on San Pedro
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was fantastic. It was in a quiet part of the island which we enjoyed, but easy to get into town. The ocean directly behind the was beautiful and we loved having a private pool and access to kayaks. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation at Anil Mar
Publié le 12 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayAnil Mar is a great location and beautiful. Adam is wonderful and very helpful. The sargassum is all over the beach, but there isn’t much we could do about that. Ambergris Caye is a wonderful place to visit.

We truly understand your concern about the sargassum on the beach. Sargassum is a natural phenomenon affecting the Caribbean region and it can be challenging at times, but we want to assure you that our team works diligently to clean the beachfront daily to mitigate its effects. Thankfully it is seasonal and other than earlier in the year it hasn't been as bad as years in the past.

Wonderful stay

Regarding the sargassum you mentioned, it is a natural phenomenon where seaweed drifts ashore from the ocean, a situation that affects various parts of the Caribbean and Central America from time to time. Unfortunately, some trash can become entangled in these sargassum mats out at sea and consequently reach our beaches. Please know that we do our utmost to manage this, conducting daily clean-ups to ensure the beauty of our beachfront.
We're glad Adam could assist in setting up the fishing expedition for your husband and his brother. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable visit!
