Booked online, but when at hotel no room left 4 me

Had booked online but when I arrived, the hotel personal said that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no bed left for me. At least they tried to find an alternative at same price, but the alternative was not good enough.

Il y a une kitchenette tout équipée ou on peut préparer uin repas soi même... Plutôt sympa. Personnel super6

The hotel is well located but i have to put down the rate as a group of french/spanish speaker were very loud and arguing between midnight and 1am and no one came to tell them anything. There is a specific area for chilling. I was hoping a guard will come to mention that. How do you expect the people to sleep then ? An the other side, I had the chance to deal at the reception with a very nice man who was perfect for help and services.

The staff here were very sweet but disorganised. We could rarely find anyone on reception and at first we were told that the advertised free breakfast was not included. We asked again the next day and they confirmed that we were staying for 4 nights and that we could have breakfast included… the food was nice when we did get it. No one cleaned our room for the entire time we were there so we ended up taking the bin down ourselves. There was a small kitchen but we didn’t use it as there was no soap to wash up. Overall ok for the price for just a few nights in San Pedro!

When I arrived at the preperty, they told me did not have room for me, lwtting me hanging on New Years' weekend in which everything was full. Terrible service.
