Propriétaire super gentil . On dormait bien car appartement bien aéré. Un coin tranquille et bien situé. C'est une nouvelle construction alors changement à venir

Solo ocupé tres noches, la suite que me dieron la primera noche no tenía aire acondicionado, pedí cambio y la que me asignaron si tenía pero solo funcionó una noche y se descompuso y ante el calor muy fuerte que me orilló a cambiarme de hotel pata contar con ese vital servicio, además a la regadera no le salía más que muy poquita agua, en el área de cocina encontré y maté una cucaracha, entre otros detalles y motivos; tres dias despues de haber entregado la habitación me pretenden cobrar 350 pesos de una jabonera que to no rompí y luego, como solo les pagué lo de las tres noches, me califican como cliente fraudulento y me amenazan con boletinarme ante la Asociación Hotelera, en fin, muy desagradable experiencia

Publié le 21 déc. 2020 sur HotelsAdore this place. Super clean and spacious rooms and you feel at home. All covid precautions being taken so that made us feel very safe and at ease. The owner is amazing and attentive and treated us like old friends:).. kitchen with everything you could need, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, so quiet at property, great location close to restaurants and shopping and beach. Parking was on street but also very safe and quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice also. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back

Lovely property, close to the beach.
Publié le 29 août 2020 sur HotelsThe stay was lovely, and the rooms are great.. very close to the swimmable beach of Carrizalillo. There's not many rooms which makes it a quiet stay as well, and we were the only ones in the pool when we used it. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived no one was at the hotel. We had made the reservation the day before, and they hadn't checked their email so they were out for about 4 hours with no phone service when we arrived... of course, this is during the slight easing of CoVid times, so it's understandable that people aren't checking as frequently their emails as things are slow, though more than 24 hours later, and being out in the rain for 4 hours wasn't the best start to an otherwise very nice stay.

Thank you Ian, I undestand how much inconvenience you got, but remember that you got an upgrade on unit for the same rate, I was not happy with your stay because we are not a pet friendly hotel, you brought a +20 kilos dog, that was not on the plan, and you left a lot fur everywhere. Sorry, but this is not going to happen again.
