My room 427, no direction after you open elevator, you can see sign after last room.open electric on the opening of room. Works but seem not safe. Staff specially the lady that registered us in have discriminatory smiles and laugh.

No power
The power was off in most of San Pedro Sula. Therefore there was no way for the computer to make an electronic key card. It also meant the elevator wasn’t working. Even with a backup generator our air conditioning was off and on. Every time we wanted to come or go we had to go to the front desk to request the manager to accompany us to the 4th floor and open our door.

Overall Great!
It was great, close to everything, restaurants, malls, etc. The only thing is they didn’t have room service and the parking lot was too narrow. I recommend it and would definitely stay there again!
