Que me dejaron mucho tiempo en el recepción y después de la larga espera llego a la habitación y estaba ocupada por otras personas

Pretty good All inclusive.. from a 1-10 i would say an 7 or 8… staff gave it their all it was good cause they’re great workers but unfortunately they seemed to be low on staff at night specially for the restaurants, the beach was rocky such a shame with such a beautiful beach otherwise good

The constant walking back and forth from the bar and lobby to the beach and our room was way too much. The distance around the property is just shy of half a mile (.50mi). The room was full of ants. There was no room service. The servers were not attentive and seemed confused on what drinks were which for which tables and the servers took long to bring out drinks and attend. Mind you we tipped $1 every time regardless but stopped after the bad service continued. No A/C anywhere on property but the room and the sunscape VIP lounge.

This resort needs to upscale their food they are terrible, tasteless and not appetizing at all. The room we had toilet didn’t flush, the last night our room flooded with rushing water from who knows well we purchased the sun club and it did not make a difference only good thing of this resort is the beach and the coffee shop. This was our 35th wedding Anniversary celebration and it was horrible I do not recommend this resort at sll

Amé el servicio del personal me hicieron sentir bienvenida. No hay lugar para caminar en las afueras pero no hace falta porque está lleno de mucho entretenimiento. Volvería sin pensarlo.

The hotel is ok, the staff at the buffet were terrible, when I was there they were only focusing on who provided the tips, I ask for a coffee 3 time and the supervisor was the one who gave it to me after I went and complained, never will go again to that hotel! The bathroom was not clean my stay for terrible! What I did like was the restaurant at night, the only thing I liked.

El peor hotel que mi familia y yo hemos podido ir. La comida del restaurante de la playa es un asco llena de moscas e insectos. No tienen personal para trabajar y los que están no están a gusto para atender a los vacacionistas. No tienen suficiente comida para servir, se la pasan de un restaurante a otro para poder llenar las solicitudes de almuerzo porque no tienen porciones. Las habitaciones se inundan de agua y no tenían agua caliente por 2 días de los 4 que pasamos allí. Fue una pesadilla, es la primera vez que queremos irmos de un hotel de vacaciones. El room service tampoco funciona, estuvimos por 3 horas esperando el servicio que nunca llegó y mis 2 niños y mi suegra con hambre. Fuimos para celebrar mi cumpleaños y el de mi suegra y el bizcocho y los servicios solicitados para celebrar esta ocasión nunca lo proveyeron. Dijeron que no les había pagado al final de la estadía y nos enviaron a un recinto de policía.
