the red-haired woman who checked us in was hostile with my questions about parking. she also accused my family member of stealing from the mini mart behind the counter when he was looking around and didnt buy anything, when he was holding something from home. it was weird to accuse and run him down when most places assume positive intent. other than that it was a nice hotel with great amenities

Everything was terrific - lovely check in at front desk, room was updated and clean. As ppl have mentioned before, the rooms are pretty dark so that makes it hard to get dressed and make sure you’re not wearing navy and black together lol. One warning is that if you need wifi, make sure to select the paid version - it cannot be upgraded once you select the free version. Even if you beg the front desk and IT ppl. Funny, I’d like to pay you more and you can’t accept it?? True. And it would not work with our computer for work so my husband had to commute an hour away to be able to work. A huge pain. May not affect everyone but good to know for the biz traveler. Otherwise really lovely!

I had made the reservation through Expedia, and the job I had suddenly went away. So I checked out after one night. The hotel said that it was Expedia that is refusing to refund my money for the rest of the stay, but I had Expedia look into it and tray to get my money back. Expedia had no luck after an investigation getting the money back from Embassy Suites. $2112 for a one night stay! Rip Off!

Loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great to get to San Francisco and yet be far enough away from the crowds. This was our fifth stay.

WOW! This was a great place to stay. Was so surprised at how big the room was. Has separate living and bedroom with two TVs. There is also a restaurant that stays open till 9:00 p.m. Would easily stay there again.
