San Ramon Townhome
Posted Jan. 24, 2020 on HomeAwayHomeowner is very accessible and responsive to requests and suggestions. Location is perfect for shopping, parks, and travel to San Francisco. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving dinners. The home is not a luxury residence in terms of furnishings and overall condition of furniture and window treatments, but it is comfortable for a short term rental.

We provide Sleep by number king bed, high end linens, premium cable package, premium WiFi, Roku, surround sound speakers, very large flat screen TV's in every room; completely furnished kitchen with everything and more. Guest complained about a “small” stain on couch, bench and rug. I offered to have service come in to clean small stain left by previous family - guest said not necessary. I have fixed all stains and replaced couch pillows with new. Guest wanted Christmas tree with decorations, I provided for free with no additional charges. Guest wanted specific cleaning supplies, I provided free of charge and on the spot. Guest complained about a smell in the upstairs hall that I couldn’t detect so I provided top of the line air purifiers and ionizers. I am not classified by VRBO as a luxury property although I do provide some luxury amenities at a value price point for families. The furnishings are only a year or so new and accurately presented in the pictures. I went above and beyond to please this guest.

Great space for a family of four
Posted Nov. 27, 2018 on HomeAwayWe loved staying at Gina's house for a week while we attended a family wedding in the area. Travelling from the UK meant we couldn't bring too much with us but the house is so well equipped with everything you might need (including a toddler toilet seat!) and we really loved the little toiletries that were left for us on arrival. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids aged 2 and 4) and the space worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms are large enough for extra mattresses on the floor and both bathrooms have a bath which is handy when you have kids. Gina was a great host too and let our family have early access to the property so that they could leave some groceries for when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

*important; In the bedrooms one can't open the windows, due to the AC. This would have been nice to know in advance.
Gina was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Overall we felt ver comfortable in the home and would recommend this VRBO.

Cleanliness, location, floor plan, amenities in the property and the awesome hospitality of Gina. As a vacation rental owner myself (Florida), I am very picky - but this property was outstanding. perfect stay for a family visit in the East Bay
Posted Sep. 22, 2018 on HomeAwaya wonderful townhouse, well equipped with a personal touch. We had a great time in Ginas´ property and felt at home right away. Coming from overseas it was important that we could relax and enjoy our stay. Gina was the perfect host upfront and answered all our questions promptly.
We certainly hope to come next year and would be delighted to stay at Ginas´ home again.

Comfortable and convenient
Posted Aug. 6, 2018 on HomeAwayThis townhouse was the perfect place for our son and his 5 groomsmen to stay for a few days before the wedding. It is clean, comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The unit is conveniently located near a freeway so it is easy to get wherever you need to go. Gina was easy to contact and accommodating to our need for early access to the home. Another bonus - the unit is next to a creek so it is quiet and relaxing.

Family Event fulfilled
Posted Jul. 4, 2018 on HomeAwayOur San Ramon stay was accommodated very nicely in the spacious townhome. Our stay had two couples each with an adult kid attending a family wedding (for a total of 6 of us) and Gina's place was located perfectly. The two bedrooms upstairs are sizable and each with it's own bath, plus the half bath downstairs made getting ready for the wedding very easy. The garage is small but it does sufficiently accommodate one car, and we were in and out quite a bit. Groceries and shopping are a very short drive to the south. The home is not far from the interstate but it is surprisingly quiet. There is no real front yard to speak of, but the patio off the living area is quiet and comfortable, a great morning coffee spot. She communicated with us very well and went the extra mile to make sure that things were working out for our two families, and we were offered a late check out. There is a very nice hike and trailhead only about 1/2 mile to the northwest (in the neighborhood), and there is also a mini-neighborhood vineyard that you can walk to and through only a few blocks away. The neighborhood is kept up very well, and there is a very interesting historic structure possibly being renovated a stone's throw from the townhome development. We were very glad to have booked Gina's place versus a hotel, and we felt it was a very good value.

Great Place
Posted May 22, 2018 on HomeAwayClose to everything. Everything you will ever need for your vacation from dishes, pack n plays, spare matresses, etc. Owner responds very quickly and allowed us to check in 5 hrs early.
