Great spot outside of town!

Country comfort
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayA charming older, and slightly funky (in a good way) house off a dirt road in the country. We loved it! So quiet and peaceful. A short drive into the cute town of San Saba. Would definitely stay again, if I'm in the area. The host was very accomodating.

We got to say hi to some cows one afternoon and the house itself had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend for a group that craves space, a unique experience and plenty of Texas charm. Thanks again!

Discovering San Saba

Nostalgic visit
Publié le 4 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe rented this house to stay in while hiking at Colorado Bend State Park. We had seven adults and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space.
The kitchen had everything we needed, including complimentary pecan roasted coffee and espresso machine.
The master has a beautiful high tech whirlpool tub. Everyone wanted to enjoy it, but we could never figure out how to get enough hot water to fill it (it holds a lot more water than a standard tub). Since we couldn't use the tub, we did all have to share a single shower. Other than that, we absolutely loved the house and property.
