The house and location is nice, but in needs a lot of maintenance. 3 of the toilets did not work and that was very disappointing and inconvenient. The water had a weird smell.

The welcoming was terrible, no wifi, The pool wasn’t available
Publié le 6 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe rules are for little kids, no wifi, the pool wasn’t available, people in charge always on top of you, the house was infected with roaches, at the end we were able to use the pool, beach was beautiful, and the seating outside was lovely

This time the air conditioner in the main living area (dining room, living, kitchen) did not work and it was oppressively hot. The WiFi was intermittent - didn’t work more than it did. The furniture/cushions were torn/tattered. If you’re going to charge US prices, you need to up your game! On a positive note, the on-site caretakers were very helpful and attentive.

4th time in EL Salvador

As walking in through the front door it's a very open floor plan and nd you're able to see straight out to the ocean. The area was quiet for the duration there and the beach and grounds were clean. The temp was constant 80+ F. It was also arranged with the keeper to cook for the duration and provided good food as well and very friendly.

Excellent place to spend a vacation with a large family. Only downside is there were No locks to home doors.
