Loved this property. Its right next to the new google building which had more security than usual so it made it feel safe. So many restaurant options and the restaurants inside the property are so lovely. The jungle like dining area really made it feel like a luxury vacation. The only issue I had was with the shower. Hardly any hot water and the shower head wasnt the best but other than that i highly recommend this property to anyone!

It was a nice stay at cinco hotel. The food options at their restaurant are great. The staff were great. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and bambú center plaza. Cinco Hotel is a great option if you do not want to stay at a regular hotel atmosphere. We wanted to feel like we were in El Salvador and this hotel is the perfect spot for that. They pack you breakfast's if you have to take it with you. They also have a Japanese tea place inside the hotel; that we liked very much.

A beautifully clean hotel with great facilities. The included breakfast was particularly good, with a range of choices available.
Our room (anarajado) was spacious and peaceful, even though it was closest to the street and hotel entrance. The bathroom was modern but the shower struggled to deliver hot water. The WiFi connection in the room was great, but didn't seem to be available in the common areas of the hotel.
The kitchen upstairs was available for guest use which was very helpful, although it would be nice if tea was available (stated on website).
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Would stay again if in San Salvador.

Beautiful experience everything was so close , malls , restaurants literally everything, very convenient , food in the restaurant was great people was so nice ❤️
