Apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived, dirty, paint peeling off, roaches and mosquitoes infested, couches seemed like they were recovered from a dumpster they were soiled, dirty and had a bad odor, the beds old and hard and only two thin sheets in each bed fortunately I brought my own sheets, stove old, cupboards loose and covered with paper napkins, leaky and clogged showers a/c unit not working, shame for a place so unkept to be located in the most exclusive area of San Salvador, mind you I am Salvadoran, but I will not recommend nor will I stay at this place again, please stop offering this place in your website

It's a very nice place to stay and make memories with your love ones, very nice staff. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excelente ubicacion con un excelente personal throughout the hotel. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that we have to pay $9.00 per day if we want it the apartment to be cleaned; it should be included in the price and it is up to the client to opt out on daily housekeeping or not. Other than that, great place to stay

Great value. Check in is confusing if you are staying at apartments and not directly at hotel.

Accommodation is not up to standard. Dirt on bed linen Dirt and marks on walls Stains on dining chairs Dirty pots and pans, coffee maker Cobwebs Holes in dining table cloth. Water mark on the ceiling Place is a dump Kitchen cabinets are chipped all over Cooking utensil were dirty The ceiling fan has dust all over the blades.
