Publié le 17 août 2023 sur HomeAwayNous ne connaissions pas la Sardaigne et nous avons été conquis par ses plages et paysages à couper le souffle.
Cristina nous a très bien accueillis et a été disponible pour nous guider tout au long de notre séjour.
La maison est idéalement située, à la fois proche de l’aéroport d’Olbia (30 kms) et de certaines des plus belles plages de Sardaigne.

Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCristina's apartment is beautifully located, just 10 minutes from the great beach "Le Farfalle", which is also very suitable for families thanks to its large shady area in the morning.
The apartment was as described with many beautiful details, the view was breathtaking!
A pool and a barbecue island are currently being built, so the property will be really perfect! Cristina, Beatrice and Mariella were very helpful and approachable at any time. We really enjoyed our vacation! :-D

Bellissimo soggiorno
Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayAbbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa con giardino ad agosto. Avendo 4 stanze e 3 bagni, ha potuto ospitare comodamente più famiglie. Ci sono stati piccoli contrattempi, sempre prontamente risolti da Cristina, persona gentile e disponibile, che ha davvero fatto la differenza. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso. Fantastico avendo dei bimbi piccoli. Due spiagge si raggiungono a piedi, per le altre è necessario prendere la macchina. Unica nota critica è per le stanze al piano interrato, che sono un po’ umide. In generale comunque ottimo soggiorno. Ci tornerei domani!

Excellent with some remarks

The house is located very well, close to beautiful beaches and in a quite neighborhood. The view is amazing.
Cristina was very helpful and answered to all of our questions.
Remarks:
The mattresses are poor. For the costs of the house, I would expect better.
The drains are smelly, particularly downstairs in the cellar.
The garden is smaller than it might seem on one of the photos and the villa is part of a semi-detached house. Next to the terrace, another terrace is located, so privacy is limited.
I had to write Cristina regarding check-in and check-out process, information was not provided proactively.
It is difficult to find coffee filters in Italy and there is no other option to make coffee for 4+ adults than a filter machine.

Fantastic break near San Teodoro
Publié le 31 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe villa is beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and has air con throughout. It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. There are also two complexes near the villa (Paradiso and the diving centre) which both have food options and the latter has a supermarket. Blue Bar is 5 mins drive and has amazing scenery.
Cristina could not be more helpful. She did everything to make our stay fantastic and continually answered our questions about the area, gave recommendations and helped out when we had a booking problem. Highly recommend this property for an amazing family holiday in Sardinia.

Vacanza perfetta
Publié le 31 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayLa casa è estremamente confortevole e funzionale, curata e pulita, con un giardino molto curato con uno scorcio eccezionale su Tavolara e Molara. A distanza di pochi minuti a piedi o in macchina sono raggiungibili spiagge meravigliose: Salinedda (molto tranquilla), Suaraccia (bella, ma molto affollata), Salina Bamba (da non perdere), Capo Coda Cavallo (la più bella in assoluto), Brandinchi e Lu Impostu (non c'è bisogno di commenti), Girgolu (come sopra). La proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentile, con indicazioni molto utili - grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità!

Tolle Lage mit traumhaften Blick
Publié le 4 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWir haben 2 Wochen zu Ostern als Familie mit 3 Kindern im Haus verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Übergabe verlief problemfrei und Mariella als Ansprechpartnerin Vorort als auch Christina waren jederzeit gut errreichbar und haben schnell auf die wenigen Fragen reagiert. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders hervorstechen tut natürlich die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und zwei Stränden in Fußreichweite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
