Great Villa
Posted Sep. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. Linens and towels came at an extra cost, which I gather is normal for the area. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and it’s part of a lovely quiet community.

Posted Jun. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayI wish i could download the hundreds of beautiful photos I took on this beautiful vacation. The rental was perfect. Lina kept us i formed every step of the process. Renting from Lina in Italy was easier than some of the vrbo's i rented in my own country (USA). The unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed dinner on the patio that overlooked the well maintained property and pool. The AC kept the place nice and cool after a hot day at the beach and the location was perfectly located for short drives to amazing turquiose beaches. I am ready to go back and I just got home. One bit of advice I would offer people is to rely on the rental car navigation and NOT google maps. Sardinia is a magical place.

Lovely stay in Sardinia
Posted Nov. 11, 2022 on HomeAwayThe apartment was exactly as advertised and perfect for our week in Sardinia. We were very lucky with the weather in October and spent every day on one of the many beautiful beaches.
Highly recommend snorkelling at the rocky far end of Capo Coda Carvallo beach - saw loads of fish, one very big fish and we saw an octopus on two occasions. The pigs that come on the beach in the evening are amusing too!
Can't comment on the pool as this was closed in October (this was clear at time of booking).
Lina was very helpful throughout - thanks very much for a lovely stay!

Family summer holiday
Posted Sep. 13, 2022 on HomeAwayThis was a great accommodation for our recent family holiday in Sardinia. Lina provided us with good updates prior to us travelling and for getting to the property. The apartment was clean and spacious for the 4 of us and has the added benefit of air conditioning which made a big difference particularly at night. There is a good pool that can be partly seen from the apartment which our 2 boys enjoyed swimming in. A car is a necessity and the village of Monte Petrosu is ideally situated for visiting a number of good beaches within a 15 minute drive. A walk to the nearest mini markets and restaurants takes about 10 minutes from the property. The apartment ticked all the boxes for our stay and I would recommend it to others looking to spend a relaxing week or more on this side of Sardinia.

Monte Petrosu

It is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, spotless and very well equipped for all the obvious holiday needs. Is it set in a very quiet and discreet complex, overlooking the pool. The location is perfect: the nearest beach is within walking distance or a very short car drive and perfect for children. Many other and spectacular beaches are within easy reach by car and generally Monte Petrosu is a perfect spot for exploring the area. Our host Lina was as always very kind, accommodating, and always available and responsive. A faultless host and a great apartment!

Lovely apartment great location
Posted Aug. 17, 2019 on HomeAwayWe have just returned from a lovely holiday in Sardinia. Linas apartment was ideal for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there the location was also excellent we visited 10 beaches during our stay and not one more than 15 mins drive away. We will definitely return to Sardinia and to Linas apartment.

Posted Jul. 25, 2019 on HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay in this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the pool was not too busy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and we tried a different one every day. They were all very busy and you have to pay to park at most beaches.

Very comfortable home, great location, a home from home - so perfect
Posted Aug. 26, 2018 on HomeAwayLina's communication was excellent, keys ready on our arrival. The apartment is really well appointed; kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, the balcony and sun terrace are great for sunshine and shade depending on which you require. It was clean. The pool was delightful. It was a great location too - about 10 mins drive to all the beaches on the peninsular which was perfect. We walked to the closest beach, which was fun but a bit of a hot 15 mins up hill in the sunshine! We walked to a pizza restaurant and a hotel selling icecream and self catered for the rest of our week. The air con was handy. We loved the airbed, sun umbrella and snorkels and masks to borrow too. There were no mosquitoes! All in all it was a delight and we would return with pleasure.
