- the ground floor has a spacious living area which opens to the precious veranda where you can relax in front of your private swimming pool. There is also a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles beds), 2 bathrooms;
- in the basement floor: you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom

The villa can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults plus 1 kid in a small bed)

City Tax will be applied for stays up to 10 days: 3,00 euro a day per person (Excluded: children up to 10 years, adults over 75 and 100% disabled and their carers) - To pay on site only in cash
