Avis La Casa Ramirez

Place is okay but the services were not so. Starting from reception; took a while to check in despite room was pre booked, helpers were not courteous, lack of towels. even after requesting towels were not delivered until we checked out. Busted lights were not attended to even request were made. Parking is free but took time to get out post check out due to other car was behind our car, staff had to find the owner of the other car...should have car registration upon check in to know the car owner. Over all the building is in good shape & clean.
