🏡 Welcome to Villa Minoa! 🏡

Located in the quiet town of San Vito lo Capo, Villa Minoa offers a unique stay experience. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two internal and one external toilet with sink and toilet), free parking and free WiFi, the villa is ideal for families and groups of up to 9 people.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the comfort of your room or relax in our private pool. The swimming pool, 7 meters long and 2.80 meters wide, is immersed in a wonderful garden made up of exotic palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants.

The villa also has a comfortable annex complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge. And for your outdoor meals, we have a barbecue grill ready for your barbecues.

Inside, the villa is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each double bedroom. The bathroom is very large and spacious, equipped with every comfort and a shower cubicle.

The two double bedrooms are both equipped with an additional portable bed, but if necessary we can make other additional beds available in the annex or in the living room.

Linen is available on request and has a separate cost.

⚠️ Note: The swimming pool closes in the winter.

Villa Minoa is located in a very quiet area, just 1.5 km from the city center.
