very nice location; very helpful staff. The bathroom is small. The shower water is very weak. The price is cheap.

Contre : They should be more alert with email. Hopefully no other people face the same experience like me.
Sorry to say. I'm so disappointed during arriving at night with hope I can get my room because I already booked a week before. But the staff said that they didn't get the notification from Expedia (the truth is they didn't check their email) for my booking so they sell my booking room to others without confirmed my arrival (Yes of course they sell because they said they didn't received the notification).
The staff came out with solution for us to take another hotel. Thanks for the night staff because helping us.

Great value for money
Publié le 27 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaVery spacious room with air con and adequate shared bathroom. Staff were very friendly and are able to arrange tours for you if you should want them. Free breakfast every morning. Good location in the middle of Sandakan. Great value for money. Only negative was the Wi-Fi lagged a little, but it was okay.
