Which we couldnt get rid off

Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOld and outdated. Unsuitable for wheelchair user. One of furthest from entrance and gravel, slopes and steps to be negotiated Had difficulties with microwave. No towels or clothes drying facilities. No wi-fi.

Dear Mr Miller, we appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
The property concerned doesn't advertise that its wheelchair friendly or it has Wi-Fi . We will look at how they are advertised on the different platforms if this may have caused any confusion.
I can only apologise for no towels and if we had been contacted we could of got some to you.
We will also be looking to see if we can get the instruction leaflet for the microwave for future guest.
