This is a New Apartment, with quality oak furniture, it has a Juliet balcony in lounge, with sea glimpses, and is open plan, with a well fitted kitchen.There is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer dryer, All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towel.There is two bedrooms, one twin, with a fitted wardrobe, and shelves inside,for plenty of storage and the master bedroom,has a fitted wardrobe with shelves inside, it also has a en suite. There is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath. Outside there is one allocated parking space, and also a bike shed. The Town is just a 5 min walk from the Apartment, also the beach, with Sandown pier, there are many restaurants, and a zoo, all in walking distance from the Apartment, so no need to take the car. Lots to see, and fun for all the family.

A clean,bright modern and well equipped apartment with a lovely welcoming pack set in a nice quiet residential street with on site parking. My only criticism, ( albeit a small one) is that we would have liked more than one bath towel each for our weekly stay.

We had a lovely stay and the property was clean, had everything we needed and the welcome basket and personalised card a truly lovely touch. Having your own parking spot was the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend and will stay again.

Lovely property in convenient location
Lovely property in convenient location for beach and restaurants. The property was clean and as advertised on the site. The essentials package on arrival was very welcome. Did feel that as the space in the second bedroom was very restricted putting beds with a frame around wasn’t a very good idea as it made an already very tight space harder to get around. Also a few more glasses of different sizes would have been welcome. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Adorable Flat on a superb island

WEEKEND BREAK TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT
The property in Sandown was central to visiting all areas of the island with the added bonus of parking. The flat had everything required for a comfortable stay one small comment bath towels could be bigger.

Our stay at Seaways
We enjoyed our stay on the island and were very comfortable at Seaways apartment. It was as described, warm and immaculately clean. We appreciated having a dedicated car park space, and key access was easy. Just two points we would make:- Towels were quite small - the 'bath towel' particularly meagre for use after bath or shower. Wished we had taken our own. We couldn't dry the towels after showering because the ladder radiator didn't get hot. We tried adjusting the room thermostat which had been left at 0, but without effect. Nevertheless the ambient room temperature was comfortable, so a bit of a puzzle. But repeat we were pretty comfortable and would stay again. All best wishes

Late summer Break
Rented the property for a four night break, with the family. Renting process very easy, and the apartment was really nice, clean, and well equipped, off road reserved parking space. And just a short walk from the sea front, beach, and pier. The host, Franca, has really put some nice touches into welcoming the guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

Great property, clean and well equipped
The property was really clean and the owner had thought of everything! It was really well equipped with lots of little extras and some lovely thoughtful touches. Franca even very kindly left us milk so we could have a drink when we arrived! It would have been good to have more of a list of what was available at the property. Really impressed, we would definitely come back.

Lovely, welcoming stay
Franca has created a lovely, welcoming holiday home in Sandown. The flat was very clean and homely throughout, which really helped us relax here from day one. A really nice touch was the welcoming basket with a few basic goodies and a welcoming card. Our only (minor) suggestion for improvement is to have a small shelf in the ensuite for guests to place toiletries on. Such a lovely place to stay and a massive thank you to Franca for being such a supportive host.
