Great Stay in a Wonderful Home!
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was GREAT and had everything we needed and were expecting. The only issue was the train and the frequency that it passed by and 'shook' the home. It took a lot of getting used to and we were surprised by that. Thank you for the ease in working together. We enjoyed Sandpoint and our stay in your home. Best, Rene

Ski trip
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in sand point primarily to ski schweitzer. The location was great for us. Everyone enjoyed the fireplace. Nice house in a convenient location. Well stocked.

Great Home - Awesome Community. I hope you like trains :)
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwaythe only, and i mean only, downfall of this place is its proximity to the train tracks. the trains roll by multiple times per night, resulting in rather loud noises and massive house shakes. it literally feels like an earth quake is occurring when these massive cargo trains roll by. the walls shake, the beds and couches vibrate under your body, and im honestly impressed that the house has lasted this long under the immense ground movement.
despite this we would stay here again. the community was great - proximity to shopping and restaurants are a quick 10-15 min drive max, and the house is beautiful.
the hot tub was wonderful after long days of skiing at schweitzer and the place was very clean and well laid out.
if you’re a light sleeper, or afraid of trains, maybe this property isn’t for you. but aside from the train tracks - 10/10

Thank you for this 5-star review Stefan! Sandpoint is definitely a train town, we do include some specifics about this home in our listing for any sensitive groups. This particular train crossing is within a "Quiet Zone", meaning trains won't blow their horn unless absolutely necessary. We are glad you enjoyed the hot tub and your overall stay at this home. -Daugherty Management

Family gathering for Christmas
Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is just what we wanted! Everything was well organized. It was a nice place. The process was easy. The hot tub was great. Even though it was during the holidays, we still had someone we could get ahold of if there was an emergency.
