Nice location, need updated and cleaned
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice location but needs to be cleaned better. The complex boiler makes a lot of noise, the interior chairs are old, worn out and need replaced.

Location is killer!

The location is 10/10, and you can't beat being able to park and tie up the boat on the docks right out in front. There is no AC in the home, as other reviewers have pointed out, but we have never had a problem with the house cooling off at night when the sun goes down.

Nice and convenient
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was nice overall, but there was absolutely no where in the description of the condo that conveniently left out the fact there is NO airconditioning. Thank goodness the weather cooled off while we were there. But it could have been brutal if the weather hadn’t of cooled. I would never have rented it knowing it had no air conditioning.

Overall good

- would have been nice to have lockcode a liitle sooner then day of arrival.
- the condo pictures somewhat misleading as the condo furniture has alot of wear and tear
- under the beds were still dirty when arrived
- condo sits across from noisy highway and railroad
- ask about tv remote as there is only roku
- front door kind of awkward to open and close. Sticks a bit then slams shut
+ has boat dock and view of water

Great Location!!
Publié le 9 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis condo is in a great location! It is on an inlet to the lake. The boat slip that was included in the rental was so convenient. We rented a boat for two days and kept it at the property. You are only a short walk away from the marina, grocery shopping, pharmacy, and great restaurants and bars that Sandpoint offers. The furniture in the condo is in desperate need of replacement, including the sofa, chairs, and beds. We visited on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and there is no air conditioning at the condo. There were box fans and ceiling fans in each room but did not help much in cooling. It was 85 degrees inside, even at night. There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door, which allows the sun directly in most of the day. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
