I do not normally use these kind of words, but these accusations are absolutely ridiculous.All of our customers are informed, that there is a ferry, that takes you to the island of Sandoy. And all of our customers are informed, that there is a possibility to book a place in the ferry, so you can be sure to have your car on board. In addition we can inform, that the booked places are for 2/3 of the capacity for the ferry and rest is for queueing cars, so this is a direct lie, when it is said, that two ferries were sold out.None of our many other guests – and I mean NONE - have had these issues, and we can not been held responsible for guests, that do not read the provided information.In this case, the guests wanted to cancel their stay only ONE hour before check-in. Of course we can not give any refund at this time. Also they had booked an non-refundable booking, and that of course means that it can not be refunded.In addition we can inform, that by late 2023 the sub-sea tunnel to Sandoy will be finished. By that time, appr. 90% of the Faroe Islands will be connected by roads, and therefore the issue with the ferry will not be relevant.
