Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely the WORST customer service ever! I pre payed and also pre placed a card on file for damages to which days in deducted from my card! All I had to do was grab my keys, the gentleman at the front desk had no record of any of this and demanded a card be on file for another $50 to which I had already did in my pre booking and even showed him the link! Told me that was no their policy. Oddly a couple came in behind me and he never mentioned one word of this. Hotels.com called and tried to speak with them and would not give a name. I had to drive 4 hours home with kids! Unreal and still refusing to give me a full refund! Do not stay with them

Front desk recommended Danny Boy delicious restaurant in town.
