The kids were in bed, we turned down our bed and it was filthy. Called down and no response. I walked down to get our sheets replaced, they were not clean from the previous occupants, NASTY! We ran out of tissues and toilet paper. I had to walk back to the front desk to get an extra roll to replace the one that started as a 1/3 roll w/out an extra roll left?? I just grab a box of tissues out of our car..

Here’s a review you could use to express concerns about cleanliness at the water park: "I recently visited this water park and was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property. The pools and common areas did not seem well-maintained, with visible dirt and debris in several places. Bathrooms were not regularly cleaned, and the grounds had trash scattered around. It's unfortunate because the park has potential to be a fun family destination, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from the experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall quality for future visitors."
