Belfield Estate is a 230+ year old Bermuda stone and Cedar framed historic remodelled house which is famous for the discovery of The Belfield Rose, which had been missing for years was found in 1956. It sits next to Long Bay beach, and park, so a 30 sec walk across the lane past a playground will put you on the beach. Nature reserves on both sides with more than two acres of property with banana and fruit trees, this historic bermuda property is a taste of old Bermuda. Nine beaches, a 10 min walk with many small beaches is ideal for a private day and beach picnic with few people around. Located on Daniels head, the water is shallow and clear and ideal place to spend the day. Historic Dockyard and all its restaurants, shops and ferries is a westerly walk, or jog and also home to the famous Frog & Onion Pub in the old stone built fort of 1860, and its great for lunch or dinner.
