The bathroom was really dirty, there was a damp smell throughout the hotel, the ladies at the reception don't seem happy to see customers. It's not well maintained. I will no longer stay in a Best Western. However, the beds are comfortable.

The beds were HARD, the room, hall, and elevator smelled like cigarettes to the point my wife’s asthma flared up. It seemed like people were living here more than just staying for a visit. Would not recommend.

The employees were so kind, the room comfortable and quiet, and the location was sooo convenient- close to the O. Sanford Airport & within easy walking distance to restaurants (Mel’s Diner : 5 Stars-seriously) and shopping. I’ll DEFINITELY stay there again!

The room was very run down and needed a lot of repairs. The fan in the bathroom was falling down, the bath faucet wasn’t even connected to the wall, the doorstop was falling out of the wall. The paint looks old and just run down. The staff was super friendly though
