It was OK, it worked for a few days. The staff was nice and the room was big. Standard breakfast fare. It was clean but certainly worn and needed updates in both the room and the general areas.

It was clean and convenient to where we would be going. Plenty of eating establishment s close by. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing I could say was the carpet needs replaced as you enter the room but in no way made the stay uncomfortable.

I didn’t like the same thing that I didn’t like it in the past 5-10 years. !!Pool under construction!!… I’m the cand of people that keep bad things for themselves, but this went to far. Confort Inn can do wherever they want about the situation, it was my last time staying.

Run Don't Walk Away!

The first room we were given had carpet that was separating from where it met the linoleum and exposing the carpet tacks. I went to call the front desk and the phone wasn't even hooked up. They gave me a different room which we stayed in but had a musty smell. I purposely picked the hotel because it had a "pool" listed as an amenity but when asking where it was I was told it wasn't working. The lady that checked us in gave me no information to begin with and the following morning I took my grandkids down to eat breakfast and was told they would be closing in 10 minutes. (The lady working the kitchen was very curt!) It would have been nice to know this when I checked in. WORST hotel experience ever!!!!

The rooms should have safes added to the amenities. Otherwise, the stay was good.

The staff was nice however our room had multiple issues. First, the shower did not have a liner, only a curtain. The curtain rod was also coming out of the wall on both sides and angled downward so the curtain would not stay extended covering the entire shower so water got everywhere in the bathroom during only a 5 minute shower. We also booked a room with queen beds and upon entering the beds were obviously full sized, not queen. When I brought this up to staff we were told “That’s what we call queen” so it seems like the hotel is lying about bed size. We even went as far as to measure the mattress and it fit the exact dimensions google and several mattress sights defined as “full” not “queen”
