Publié le 18 févr. 2020 sur HotelsLa réservation par Hotels.Com n'est pas prioritaire (dixit la receptionniste) du coup nous n'avions pas de chambre de disponible dans ce weekend très prisé. La réceptionniste nous a demandé "de nous débrouiller ce n'était pas son problème".
Nous avons du dormir dans la voiture sur le parking d'une station service. Inacceptable.

Save your money. Needs repair, dorty, smelled like urine and has roaches. Even the lady at the front desk stayed that it smelled. Also took a deposit on top of our paid room.

Not a safe place. There is NO FRONT DESK or very limited hours. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone (via phone calls) for anything. Non-smoking room smells like heavy smoker LIVED here. The hallways are filthy.. Stained, soiled, unwashed, carpets. Even if you arranged late check in ahead of your stay, you will wait in excess of 15 mins in publicly accessible foyer trying to reach someone. The phone on the wall for this puts you in an endless loop of selecting the same options. Use your cell phone instead. If I had any other option, I would have booked another hotel rather than stay the night. Worst hotel I've been in EVER.
