Huge place and great location

The place was beautiful, big and a great location. It was a good experience but probably won’t be a repeat customer as I feel like it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. Some amenities that were listed were not available (no wifi, no cable). It wasn’t as clean as I felt it should have been (even after we cleaned and wiped down everything ourselves, mopped and swept the floor, it didn’t feel like it was clean enough). The sink in one of the main washrooms were backed up and after I messaged the owners and they said they were going to try to send someone to come and fix it, no one ever showed up and we ended up having to fix it ourselves. Not sure if it was just bad timing but we also had food that was stored in the refrigerator go bad and we ended up having to throw them away. Also none of the washrooms had locks on the door.

This place was unfortunately very dirty upon arrival. The floors felt absolutely gross to walk on. We ended up spending an hour upon arrival just sweeping the main floor. The carpets and rugs were disgusting, looking like they hadn't been vacuumed in months (toothpicks, sticky substances, crumbs). The washrooms were very dirty, the downstairs one in particular was filthy. There was shaved hair everywhere. There was very little for garbage cans and no garbage bags. The hot tub was gross with lots of dirt and floaties. This is all very sad because the place and location is gorgeous, and the location offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately our experience felt undercut and robbed due to the dirtiness of the house. Please confirm the cleaning has been done properly before anyone stays here.

Well, this feels very harsh and over exaggerate. Not to mention we offered you an extremely fair DISCOUNT because we lost many bookings to COVID-19 this month. Basically you just want everything for nothing, even read your review title, "We should not have to pay the cleaning fee." so I am guessing you got a cleaning fee added to your "discounted" booking, you are now trashing my place because you want that for free too. When you were checked in, we gave you a walkthrough of the place. There was no mention of the place being dirty and you were more than happy to say with us. The last thing I want to say... shame on you. If you are just going to go around trashing business during this pandemic. please just stay home, you will help stop the spread of your negativity and the virus.

Great staff retreat

Quiet yet city close. Lots of room for staff and perfect place to get our work done in a cozy environment. Issue with furnace but immediate response and attention. Looking forward to using again

This was a great place to hold a girls getaway weekend. We really liked the hot tub and sauna, and there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend for groups to stay here!

Ranch Relaxo was the perfect setting for our family Christmas!

Ranch Relaxo was ideal for our extended family. The spaciousness of the home allowed for large gatherings yet still had smaller areas for quiet reflection. We especially appreciated the extra detailing of all of the Christmas decorations. It looked like a Hallmark Christmas card!
