Supply blankets!!!!
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room did not offer any blankets just sheets to cover up. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The shower head was a rain shower that was mounted like a regular shower head. I left sick from there. The thermostat when set at 73 was very hot but turn it to 72 and it is freezing.

Honestly my only complaint is that the wifi wasnt very good. Despite the other poor reviews on this hotel, its not a bad hotel at all. Would stay again. And they were kind enough to let me check in early.

Front desk employee did not advise that the pool was closed for “renovations” and did not let me know that there was a breakfast buffet from 6-9 am. Husband went to the buffet at 8:40 am and there was nothing available as they had started breaking down and cleaning. The room was clean but the bed linen had holes in it, the top sheet was a king sheet folded in half instead of using a standard double. When I went to sit on the bed I fell against it as the frame was on rollers. This could have been very bad. Overall I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend your property. Huge disappointment.
