When I arrived the staff did not communicate effectively. I was not created nor was I told what direction my room was in. The guest list consisted of 2, I only received 1 key. There was a roach on the sink. Thank God I had insect spray with me. We sprayed the room down. The curtain was falling off the rod. The refrigerator was a joke. The smallest I have seen in s hotel room. No closet, no individual handsoap, the shower and faucet ran at the same time so it feeled the tub as you showered. There was only two of each towel (no extras). The metal box spring squeaked with every movement. There was no iron or ironing board. There was also a smell to the room. Therr wasn't even a remote to the tv. We had to get up constantly to turn the tv channels-on/off, too.
