This apartment has good potential and is adequate for a stay in San Remo. However the owner has chosen to minimize the offering and it doesn't feel like a VRBO should. From the check in which kept us waiting almost three hours because it had to be done in person and there were lots of check ins that day. To the minimal accessories like one roll of toilet paper for a week stay ("you're renting an apartment, not a B & B"), the AC that needs maintenance and was promised but never happened, the tiny broken table on the outside deck, the broken toilet seat, the smallest clothes drying rack I've ever seen, no information packet for basics, and the worst internet connection I've experienced. Not a good representation of what VRBO has always been in our experience.
