Avis Villa Gioiello 10 - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

The Villa and the property was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the fact that it had an elevator made it much easier for us given we were all over 65 and the Villa had 4 floors with the basement. However, there were some issues. First we really did not get a good explanation on how various things worked in the house like the bathtub in the master which caused us a leak and some damage. The other annoying things was being told that we had to pay for the electric and then when I read my contract again I found out we did not have to pay electric. The manager should have been aware of this. Then finally to be told that we had to buy our own toilet paper was totally ridiculous. You should not nickel and dime your guests especially when they are paying about $1200 a day to stay at your villa.
