"Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff and the food options and quality for the buffet half-board were excellent (some things, such as eggs at breakfast and grilled meats and fish cooked fresh at your request). We also ate in the bar one lunchtime, which was equally as good. I found the hotel to be spotlessly clean. The ocean-front room have fantastic views. The hotel is on the hillside and has split accommodation and some people may find the fixtures in the Classic Building a little dated, but if you book a sea view room, it more than makes up for it (best to do your research before booking the right room for you and your budget). There’s a bus stop outside to head into Palma (though coming back, is a couple of stops earlier, due to the one-way, so a 5 minute flat walk back) and there’s a small supermarket close by. I had an excellent stay here and would definitely book again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"
