Holiday home “Can Jordi” with Mountain View

The beautiful holiday home “Can Jordi” is located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, in the popular holiday destination of Ibiza, and impresses guests with its beautiful mountain views and its great location near the city centre. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each; one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning. From the living room you have direct access to the fenced outdoor space where you will find a nice garden with various lounge areas where you can have a drink under the sun. There is also a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can take a dip on warm summer days, as well as an additional outdoor bathroom with shower. Also, the nice barbecue area, with a large dining table, can be accessed from the kitchen, and it is the ideal place to share a delicious meal together. Due to its great location near the centre, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and cafes at an average of just 6 minutes driving from the property (around 2.2 km), while the closest beach, Platja d’en Bossa, is just 2.9 km or a 6-minute drive away. Also, Ibiza Airport is very close to the villa, just 7 minutes driving or 4.2 km away.

The owner's son lives on the upper floor, which has a separate entrance, and there are no common areas.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Two additional beds can be provided upon request for an additional fee. As the villa is located in a very quiet residential area, parties and events are not allowed. For the safety of our guests, we thoroughly clean the house with ozone between stays.
