There was no cutlery, dishes, or glasses.
Stated on the booking there was meant to be all these items in the kitchen in the room.
No room service. After being out for the day we had to collect clean towels every day.
When I pointed this out to reception the person was very rude.

Was pretty disappointed in this property. The area around didn’t make me feel safe. We also had trouble with our key, every day we had to get new ones when they didn’t work at our door. We also came home after 1am one night and couldn’t get into the property, everything was locked, the front desk opened the door for us only for our key not to work at our room door. Very frustrating.

I got room on the road side. I heard cars from the road during in the night. Need to improve breakfast options.
